Fix bug: Gene ontology retrieval causes exception if the id does not exists in the database, but has valid format

Introduce internal providers that run in the python process, instead in a forked process. Converted the taxonomy provider as a proof of principle

retriever return an entry with id and error message if an invalid dbxref is given instead of returning an entry with id only
