Introduce internal providers that run in the python process, instead in a forked process. Converted the taxonomy provider as a proof of principle

retriever return an entry with id and error message if an invalid dbxref is given instead of returning an entry with id only

changed uniprot tag to dbxrefs tag in retrieve_enzyme; changed id tag to domain tag and dbxref tag to id tag in retrieve_pfam
