Replace uuid in live results with tool name (resolves #20).

Replaces UUIDs with actual module names in live results (fixes #20).

Is it possible to have the tool only as a flag (true/false)? If it is set, then the tool name will be extracted from the actual json document. This would make the user interface of the script a tiny bit simpler.

Would require a bit of digging in the dictionary structure of the json document, but certainly possible. Should it default to uuid in case no tool name would be found (shouldn't happen, but for the sake of exception handling)?

...not so much digging actually. But it requires some extra work to include database names with the tool name.

When I think about it, it's fine as it is. I will merge it.
